キャンセル、人数・日程変更
Cancellations & Change in Date and Number of Guests
ツアーのキャンセル・日程および人数の変更は、前日23:59までオンラインにて可能です
（全額返金）。
変更をご希望の場合は、既存のご予約を一度キャンセルのうえ、改めてご予約ください。
なお、日時・人数の変更は予約状況によりできない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
ツアー当日のキャンセル・変更は原則として承っておりませんが、空席がある場合に限り振替が可能です。

Tour cancellations and changes to the date or number of participants can be made online until 11:59 PM the day before (full refund). To make changes, please cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation. Changes may not be possible depending on availability.
Same-day cancellations or changes are generally not accepted, but rescheduling may be possible if seats are available.

返金不可の場合
Non-Refundable Cases
前日23:59以降のキャンセルや、交通機関の遅延・運休、道路混雑などによる返金はできません。無連絡での不参加も当日キャンセル扱いとなります。
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 11:59 PM the day before, or for delays or cancellations due to public transportation disruptions or road congestion. No-shows without prior notice will be treated as same-day cancellations.

ツアーは定刻で開始します。開始時間に間に合わない場合はご参加いただけないことがあります。その際も返金はできませんので、余裕をもってお越しください。
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests who are not present at the start time may not be able to join the tour. Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare.

返金は、クレジットカード会社やQR決済会社の規定に基づき処理されます。反映までにお時間がかかる場合があります。
Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms of your credit card company or QR payment provider. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
ツアー中止の場合
Tour Cancellation by Distillery
天候や設備の都合でツアーを中止する場合は、料金を全額返金いたします。交通費や宿泊費の補償はできません。
If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or equipment issues, a full refund will be issued. Please note that we are unable to compensate for transportation or accommodation costs.
